Meadowood Rates and Fees

Processing and Waitlist Fees

Meadowood requires an application fee of $250.00 per person.  There is an additional $500.00 entrance fee collected when someone is added to the waitlist. This entrance fee is refunded only if you choose to be removed from the waiting list. Upon acceptance of a unit, Meadowood collects a $2000.00 security deposit. This security deposit is refundable when a unit is vacated.

The Monthly Fee Includes:

• Fully Equipped Kitchen, including Microwave
• Private Patio, Balcony, or Enclosed Sunroom
• Water/Sewage
• Cable TV
• Washer and Dryer
• 30 or 31 Meals per Month per Person in Meadowood's Formal Dining Room (choice of any of the 2 meals served daily).  Lunch and Dinner, Breakfast on Saturdays.
• Free Continental Breakfast - Weekdays & Sunday
• And all basic services.

Concierge and Resident Services Fees

• Companion care (at least 2 hours at a time): $16/hr.
• Supportive care (part of nursing services) $25 for 30 minute minimum, $35 for up to 60 minutes
• Drop off and pick up items: $10
• Personal Transportation: $17
• Additional specific charges available from Concierge or Resident Services office

Noon Sunday Meal $12.00
